Description

Perched atop a sea cliff, overlooking a bay in Australia, is a mansion where Riley Flynn lives with her mother and father. Riley's father employs a stand-over-man named Adam to protect Riley and her mother from the dangerous world they live in. Riley's mother cannot shake her distrust of Adam, but the only time Riley feels truly safe is when she is with him, or when she is swimming in the sea, far away from the fists of her father. Riley wants to get away from her father and she is willing to do anything to make it happen.

In a town where money means everything, no one questions how Riley Flynn's father made his money. But when a woman is found dead off the coast, he can no longer be perceived as the wealthy businessman with the perfect family. The police are convinced he had something to do with the dead woman.

But as they look closer, they discover there are more lies under the surface and nobody is telling the truth about how it really is - even those sworn to uphold the truth.
