Order Questions 

  1. If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock?

    • Not necessarily. The book description will state whether it is currently available or not.
  2. I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order has been shipped?
    • No. This just means that we've received your order. You will receive another email when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.
  3. When will I get my book order?
    • For in stock orders, we prepare them for shipping within 5 business days and delivery time depends on the method of shipping selected. For orders with out of stock items, please contact us for shipping time estimations at andrea@inscriptionsbooks.com
  4. What forms of payment does Inscriptions Books accept?
    •  We accept all major credit cards and Paypal
  5. I received an e-card for Inscriptions Books.  How do I redeem this?
    • Just add the item to your card as you usually would.  Mark the "online gift code" option in the checkout process.  Enter the online gift code.  If the amount on the gift code is larger than the purchase, you can re-enter the code again and use it until the remainder of the balance is spent.  If the amount on the gift code is less than the amount of the purchase, another payment method will have to be entered to complete the order.  
  6. I am having trouble with my credit card during checkout. Help!
    • Please double-check that your information has been entered correctly. If you are still having trouble, try choosing Paypal as your payment method.  Don't worry, you do not need a Paypal account to use this method.  If you do not have a Paypal account, you can checkout as a guest on Paypal's site, by selecting "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and you will not need to log in.  Paypal will then request you to enter your credit card information.
  7. I cannot log in to my account. Help!
    • Please verify that you are attempting to log in with the correct email address. The correct email address is the one you used when placing your order. If you cannot remember your password, click "forgot password" to receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
  8. The website will not allow me to complete the check out process. Help!
    • Unfortunately, technology isn't perfect. Please give us a call at 1-636-633-7846 and we will be more than happy to help you over the phone.
